Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and QRPay88 ("QRPay88", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the website located at qrpay88.cam and all associated services, products, software, and features provided therein.

By accessing the QRPay88 website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any service provided by QRPay88, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Definitions

• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, including real-money funds and eligible bonus funds where applicable.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on QRPay88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You must be a natural person, at least 21 years of age at the time of account registration. QRPay88 strictly enforces this age requirement in compliance with our international licensing obligations. We reserve the right to request proof of age documentation at any time.
2. You must be registering and playing of your own free will and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You must not be subject to any court order, legal restriction, or self-exclusion arrangement that prohibits you from gambling.
4. You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of QRPay88 or any of its affiliated entities.
5. You must not already hold an existing account on the QRPay88 platform. Only one account per individual person is permitted.
6. You must not be located in a jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by law.
7. You must be capable of entering into legally binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

Account Registration

To access the full range of QRPay88 services, you must complete the registration process and create a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, and country of residence.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information provided during and after registration. QRPay88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

Each individual person may maintain only one (1) active account on QRPay88. In the event that duplicate accounts are identified, QRPay88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, retain any balances as damages, and take such further action as it deems appropriate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password at all times. You must notify QRPay88 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. QRPay88 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility until you report an incident to us and we have had a reasonable opportunity to respond.

Deposits & Payments

All deposits and financial transactions on QRPay88 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). QRPay88 supports a range of local and digital payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players, including:

• DuitNow / FPX (Online Banking)
• Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction. QRPay88 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider or bank may impose their own transaction fees for which QRPay88 accepts no liability.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. QRPay88 will not process deposits originating from accounts belonging to third parties. Funds deposited on the QRPay88 platform do not earn interest and are not held in an interest-bearing account on your behalf.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless otherwise specified and approved by our payments team. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. Daily withdrawal limits vary by account tier and payment method.

Processing times for approved withdrawal requests are as follows:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Under 5 minutes for most transactions during standard processing hours.
• DuitNow / FPX: 5 to 15 minutes for transfers to all major Malaysian banks.
• Bank Wire Transfer: 15 to 60 minutes for direct transfers to Malaysian commercial bank accounts.

QRPay88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended if your account KYC verification is incomplete, if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, or if the account is under investigation.

Withdrawal requests involving bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being fully met prior to processing. Attempting to withdraw funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of applicable bonus funds.

Bonuses & Promotions

QRPay88 offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual promotion, which shall be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who have completed the KYC verification process.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, which represents the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Typical wagering requirements range from 10x to 20x the bonus amount.
• A maximum single-bet cap of RM 250 applies while any bonus balance is active. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Table games, including baccarat, blackjack, and roulette, typically contribute between 10% and 20%.
• Bonuses carry an expiry window. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated expiry period will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• QRPay88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless expressly stated in the promotion terms. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player.
• QRPay88 reserves the right to reverse bonus credits and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional offers.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on QRPay88 — including sports betting, live casino, and slot games — are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to each product. These rules are accessible within the respective game or sports betting section of the Platform.

By placing a bet or wager on QRPay88, you agree that:

• All bets are final once confirmed. QRPay88 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets unless a specific error or technical fault is identified on our end.
• In the event of a technical fault, interruption, or error during a gaming session, QRPay88 reserves the right to void any bets affected and return stakes to the applicable account.
• QRPay88 reserves the right to void any bet where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, collusion, use of automated betting systems, or other fraudulent activity.
• Odds and game outcomes on QRPay88 are determined by our independently audited random number generator (RNG) systems and verified third-party sports data feeds. QRPay88 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• QRPay88 reserves the right to limit or restrict the betting activities of any account at its sole discretion, including setting maximum bet amounts per event or game session.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the QRPay88 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts or using accounts belonging to other individuals.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage, including during registration, KYC verification, or when requesting withdrawals.
• Using software, bots, scripts, automated systems, or artificial intelligence to exploit game outcomes, gain an unfair advantage, or circumvent platform controls.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or collusion with other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or loopholes — any such instances must be reported to QRPay88 immediately; exploiting known errors is prohibited.
• Using the QRPay88 platform for any money laundering, financial fraud, or other illegal purpose.
• Attempting to abuse bonus offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Engaging in chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes after withdrawals have been approved and processed.

KYC & Verification

QRPay88 is required under its international licensing obligations to implement a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC verification is mandatory before withdrawals above a specified threshold may be processed, and may be triggered at any time during the life of an account.

Documents typically required for KYC verification include:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian identity document, such as MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence — both sides must be clearly photographed.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or Telco bill dated within the last three (3) months, showing your full legal name and residential address.
• Selfie with ID: A clear, unobstructed photograph of yourself holding your identity document next to your face.
• Payment Method Verification: A screenshot or photograph of the e-wallet or bank account used to make deposits, confirming the account is in your name.

QRPay88 processes KYC documents within 24 to 48 business hours of receipt. Submitting incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent documents will result in rejection and may trigger further investigation. All documents are processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Account Suspension & Closure

QRPay88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete or pass the KYC verification process within a reasonable time period.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the platform.
• Instructions received from law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or court orders.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login or betting activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant and subject to a monthly administrative fee as set out in our dormant account policy.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request.

Where an account is closed due to a player breach, QRPay88 reserves the right to retain the account balance as damages. Where account closure is initiated by QRPay88 for reasons unrelated to player breach, any verifiable real-money balance will be returned to the player's designated payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Players may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting our customer support team. Players who wish to self-exclude from gambling activities should refer to our Responsible Gambling Policy for information on available self-exclusion tools.

Intellectual Property

All content on the QRPay88 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of QRPay88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the QRPay88 platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. This licence does not include: the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of QRPay88.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, QRPay88 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

QRPay88 does not guarantee that the platform will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components at all times. We may suspend access to the platform for maintenance, updates, or technical difficulties at any time without prior notice.

QRPay88's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to QRPay88 in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Responsible Gambling

QRPay88 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. We strongly encourage all players to gamble within their financial means, treat gambling as entertainment rather than a source of income, and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings.

QRPay88 offers the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

The date at the top of this page ("Last Updated") reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. QRPay88 is not liable for any failure on your part to review updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which QRPay88 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction.

QRPay88 does not operate under any Malaysian government gaming licence or regulatory framework — no such licence exists for online gambling in Malaysia. Malaysian users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for determining whether their use of QRPay88 is lawful under Malaysian law and any other applicable local legislation. QRPay88 expressly disclaims any liability in connection with the legal status of online gambling in Malaysia or any other user's local jurisdiction.
